Online Video Library for Teachers, Parents & Professionals

Evidence-based. Practical. Designed by a registered psychologist with 25 years of experience.

Understanding the children in your life - whether in your classroom or at home - shouldn't require a psychology degree. Nurturing Sparkles provides a curated video library which translates current clinical research into clear, practical strategies you can use immediately.

The library is built around the same framework Emma-Rose uses in her clinical practice and school workshops: grounded in evidence, delivered with warmth, and designed to be genuinely useful from the very first lesson.

Who is Nurturing Sparkles for?

Whether you're a teacher, a parent, or a professional - there's content for you.

For teachers & school staff

You're seeing more neurodivergent students in your classroom each year.

These courses give you the clinical understanding and practical strategies to meet them where they are at - without burning out trying to figure it out alone! Better - not more!

For parents & carers

A diagnosis - or even just the question of one - raises a thousand questions.

These courses help you understand what's happening for your student/child, and what you can actually do to support your child/teen.

For allied health & wellbeing professionals

Deepen your clinical toolkit with a neuro-affirming framework grounded in current evidence. Suitable for psychologists, counsellors, social workers, OTs, and speech pathologists seeking CPD hours.

ABOUT THE COURSE CREATOR
Emma-Rose Parsons - Nurturing Sparkles Founder

Courses designed by someone who's actually in the room

Emma-Rose Parsons is a registered psychologist with 25 years of experience working with children, young people and the schools and families around them.

She's the Director of Spectrum House Psychology and co-director of the Paediatric Health Collective - Melbourne based clinical practices with a focus on child and adolescent assessment, support and therapy. She's also a regular keynote speaker at schools and conferences across Australia, presenting on topics including ADHD, autism, anxiety, distress (challenging) behaviour, and neuroaffirming practice/education.

What makes these courses different is the clinical lens. Emma-Rose isn't teaching theory in isolation - every strategy comes from what's actually worked in 25 years of clinical practice and school-based consultation. The courses are designed to be warm, direct and genuinely practical. Because understanding a child's behaviour is only useful if you know what to do next.

Special quests often are co-presenters - specifically chosen due to their incredible knowledge. Other psychologists, paediatricians, teachers, school leaders, speech therapists! May of these guests have lived-experience, increasing the richness of the conversations!

Topics can be requested if they are not already in the library!
