    These small-group supervision sessions provide educators with a regular opportunity to access Emma-Rose's extensive experience in neurodiversity-affirming practice, ask questions, reflect on challenges and build confidence in supporting students.

    This program is not designed as therapy or generic professional development. Rather, it’s a collaborative reflective practice and supervision space grounded in neurodiversity-affirming approaches and real-world school experience.

    Typical Session Structure

    0–10 mins: Check-in, reflections, agenda

    10–55 mins: Case discussion, questions and collaborative problem-solving

    55–60 mins: Reflection, key take aways and planning for the session

    $500 incl. GST per participant, per term. Certificates of attendence for PL available.

    Emma-Rose is a psychologist, presenter, educator and passionate advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practice. She works with educators, families and schools to better understand and support neurodivergent students in ways that are practical, evidence-informed and achievable in real classrooms.

    Known for her relatable and strengths-based approach, Emma-Rose helps schools move beyond deficit-based thinking and understand the ‘why’ behind student behaviour. She regularly presents across Australia on ADHD, autism, anxiety, inclusion, wellbeing, self-advocacy and neurodiversity-affirming education.

    These supervision groups offer a unique opportunity to access Emma-Rose’s experience, ask questions about real-world challenges, reflect on complex situations and build confidence in supporting neurodivergent students in affirming, practical and meaningful ways.
